Sales Manager – Lead, Transform, Inspire

Blackpool (hybrid, near M55)
£50,000 + up to 10% bonus
Full-time, permanent

We’re looking for an experienced people manager to take charge of a well-established sales team during a key period of transformation. This is not just a sales management role — it’s your chance to influence structure, culture, and performance in a team of 30+ people.

You’ll be doing things like:

  • Driving performance and engagement across a 30-person sales team

  • Coaching, mentoring and developing team leaders and sales staff

  • Defining new standards for process, service and results

  • Aligning the sales journey with business-wide goals

  • Collaborating closely with marketing, customer experience, IT and finance

  • Leading with emotional intelligence – listening, guiding, motivating
