We’re looking for an experienced people manager to take charge of a well-established sales team during a key period of transformation. This is not just a sales management role — it’s your chance to influence structure, culture, and performance in a team of 30+ people.
You’ll be empowered to build new ways of working, improve communication, reset standards, and support people through change. That means:
reviewing and redesigning processes,
creating consistency and clarity,
and helping experienced team members navigate what’s next.
Driving performance and engagement across a 30-person sales team
Coaching, mentoring and developing team leaders and sales staff
Defining new standards for process, service and results
Aligning the sales journey with business-wide goals
Collaborating closely with marketing, customer experience, IT and finance
Leading with emotional intelligence – listening, guiding, motivating
